Why is turnaround time so long?
In most cases, turnaround time will be nowhere as long as disclaimed. However, this is a small operation. So 2-4 weeks is quoted to provide a safe cushion if additional parts are needed. Often times pre-built iPods are built to order, and not all parts are kept in stock. If you are sending me your iPod and additional parts are needed, they are ordered as soon as payment is received
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately I only ship to the US at the moment. If you are located in Europe, I will refer you to ithomas.dk
What warranty do you offer?
All our devices come with a one-year warranty covering defects and performance issues. However, even if 1 year has passed, please feel free to reach out. These iPods are built to last, and if a component fails prematurely, I will be happy to replace it, no matter how much time has passed
Will you fix/modify older iPods/iPod nanos?
I am happy to repair older classic iPods including Mini’s. However, parts are harder to come by for older models and storage upgrades are less reliable. Please contact me for more information regarding your specific request. I do not work on nanos at all
